There are already large suppliers on repair stores. I'm a small service provider and I don't get any orders here! Why should I book an account here?
Since we have a proximity search and many customers want to hand in their devices directly on site, every service provider has the chance to receive orders.
Are Enterprise customers preferred in search results?
No! Every service provider has a chance to be listed at the top of the search results on repair stores, regardless of the plan.
How will I be informed when an order request comes in for me?
You will receive an email notification as soon as a request is sent to you.
When do I get my invoices?
You will receive the first invoice directly after your subscription is activated. You will receive the second invoice, e.g. for a monthly subscription, at the end of the next month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. In this case, the pending payment would no longer be executed, but if a payment has already been initiated, it will be due.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payment can currently be made by credit card, Giropay or SOFORT-Überweisung. After the first payment, further payments are automatically collected via SEPA direct debit. In the case of credit card payments, further payments will be collected from the credit card.
